Cobilynn Rogers didn’t come to real estate the usual way and that’s exactly why her clients love working with her. For more than 20 years she co-owned a marketing firm, learning how to see a story, a place, and a person clearly. For just as long, she’s been a devoted caregiver, raising four children, doting on her granddaughter, and caring for her son. Those two threads, strategy and care, are the heart of how she serves today.

Now a broker with Best Choice Realty Sequim, Cobilynn specializes in relocation and right-sizing across Clallam County. She guides longtime homeowners through the tender process of leaving a beloved home and finding one that fits this season of life, and she welcomes relocating families to the slower, sunnier pace of the Peninsula – the place that gets the most sunshine in the whole Pacific Northwest. She listens for what people say and what they don't, moves with intention, and treats every client like someone who’s about to become family. Many of them do.
