Cedar Coast Realty is a family-rooted business. From our partner to our daughter, son, and nephew, each person contributes their talents, ideas, and energy to help create something bigger than any one of us could build alone.
Our Team
Cobilynn Rogers didn’t come to real estate the usual way and that’s exactly why her clients love working with her. For more than 20 years she co-owned a marketing firm, learning how to see a story, a place, and a person clearly. For just as long, she’s been a devoted caregiver, raising four children, doting on her granddaughter, and caring for her son. Those two threads, strategy and care, are the heart of how she serves today.
Now a broker with Best Choice Realty Sequim, Cobilynn specializes in relocation and right-sizing across Clallam County. She guides longtime homeowners through the tender process of leaving a beloved home and finding one that fits this season of life, and she welcomes relocating families to the slower, sunnier pace of the Peninsula – the place that gets the most sunshine in the whole Pacific Northwest. She listens for what people say and what they don’t, moves with intention, and treats every client like someone who’s about to become family. Many of them do.
Originally from Utah, Cobilynn fell in love with the North Olympic Peninsula and has made it home for the people, the community, and the rhythm of the coast. Steady, intuitive, and deeply rooted, she’ll tell you herself: “I get to serve and create with the most amazing people.”

Fé brings creativity, organization, and a thoughtful eye for detail to Cedar Coast Realty. With a passion for home staging and interior presentation, she enjoys finding ways to showcase a home’s character and potential. As a valued member of our team, she also supports our team with assistant duties, she’s gaining hands-on experience in the many details that shape a thoughtful real estate experience while she works toward obtaining her real estate license.
Outside of Cedar Coast, Fé loves the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoys raising her daughter in a place filled with forests, mountains, ocean shores, and opportunities to explore. Her appreciation for home, family, and the lifestyle that makes this region so special reflects the values at the heart of Cedar Coast Realty.
